Data Deletion

Last updated: October 19, 2026 · Versión en español

What is deleted

Deleting the account permanently erases all the information associated with it:

  • The Meta access token and the link to the Instagram account.
  • The TikTok tokens and the link to the TikTok account.
  • Posts, reels, TikTok videos, metrics, daily history, audience demographics and follower history.
  • Sales, competitors, goals and planned content entered by the user.
  • The full history of conversations with the assistant.
  • The sign-in account and its email address.

Deletion is final and cannot be undone. We keep no copies after it is completed, except those that may temporarily remain in our infrastructure providers' backups until their automatic rotation.

Option 1: from the application

This is the most direct route and the only one that deletes the data immediately. Sign in to Mira, go to Settings and use the option to delete the account. An explicit confirmation is required before the deletion is carried out.

Option 2: from Facebook settings

You can also start the request without signing in to Mira:

  • On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  • Go to the Apps and websites section.
  • Select this application and remove the connection.
  • Choose the option to request deletion of the data.

When you do this, Meta sends us the request automatically and we return a confirmation code together with a link to follow its status.

Option 3: by email

If none of the above is possible, write to exelcarrizo@gmail.com from the address registered on the account, stating that you are requesting deletion. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Disconnecting TikTok or Instagram

You can disconnect TikTok or Instagram at any time from Settings. Synchronization stops immediately and the information already collected stays available until you decide to delete it. For TikTok, the stored tokens are deleted at the moment of disconnection. You can also revoke access from TikTok's settings (Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services).
