Terms of Service

By creating an account on Mira, the user accepts these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.

Mira is operated by Carrizo Exequiel Lautaro, a registered sole proprietor (monotributista) with AFIP/ARCA (Argentina).

Mira synchronizes the metrics of the professional Instagram account and the TikTok account that the user connects, presents them in a dashboard, and generates AI-assisted recommendations and scripts based on that history.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Connect only Instagram and TikTok accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to operate.
• Have a professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) linked to a Facebook Page, as required by Meta's API.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to violate the terms of the Meta or TikTok platforms.

The answers, ideas and scripts produced by the assistant are automatically generated suggestions. They may contain errors or inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. The decision to publish, and responsibility for the content ultimately released, always rest with the user.

Mira does not guarantee any result in terms of reach, audience growth or sales.

The content of the Instagram and TikTok accounts and the data the user provides remain the user's. Mira only processes them to provide the service, in accordance with the privacy policy.

The service depends on third-party platforms, in particular the Meta and TikTok APIs and language model providers. Changes, usage limits or outages in those services may temporarily affect how Mira works. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Mira is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Meta.

Users can delete their account at any time by following the procedure described in Data deletion. We may also suspend accounts that breach these terms or the terms of the Meta or TikTok platforms.
